Igea and its Brazilian distributor Elian Biotech will participate with two training sessions at the Academia do Leite work shop to be held in Toledo, Brazil, on 4 October.
The work shop will provide a day of high-level technical study aimed at professionals in the sector, with the objective of deepening the issues related to the improvement of dairy production, with particular emphasis on efficiency, productivity and safety aspects.
Academia do Leite, presents for the occasion, master classes and case studies delivered and showcased by leading and recognised dairy industry experts from the country and abroad.
Igea has been invited to attend with its Sales Director Enrico Biraschi, who will give a master class about the correct use of highly concentrated freeze-dried starter culture in the production of mozzarella and pizza cheese.
The lecture by Cacio Reis, Technical and Commercial Director of Elian Biotech, will focus into the topic of innovative bio-protection cultures as a specific solution to fight the contamination in dairy production.
At the end of each training session there will be a round table discussion between the lecturers speakers and participants with the aim of offering Brazilian producers the opportunity to discuss the latest innovative solutions available on the market by interacting with the country's and international experts in the field.
